How can I purchase tickets?
The only way to purchase tickets is through this website. 

How long is the show?
Our cruise is 2.5 hours with 15 minutes boarding & 15 minutes departure. The total onboard time is 3 hours  

What if I am late to the boat & miss it?  Can I transfer my ticket to another session?
Please try to arrive on time. There may not be any availability in the following session. We will do our best to accommodate you as we understand unforeseen circumstances do occur.

Can I cancel the tickets?
Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to a family or friend. Please email us if you need to transfer your tickets. info@kidscruisenyc.com.

At what age does a child require a ticket?
All children two years and older must have a ticket. Children under two years old are admitted free. 

How do I get my tickets after I purchase them?
They will be emailed to you; then print the tickets and bring them with you or you can bring your phone with your email receipt 

Do you offer any special ticket pricing for large groups?
We do offer group tickets for a discounted rate please click on the ticket link 

Can we bring our own food?
No. Outside food and drink is not permitted on the cruise, However food and beverages are available for purchase 

Does a Parent / Guardian need to be with the child at all times?
All children must be accompanied by a parent or adult while boarding the boat. This is NOT a drop off event. However, while on the boat children  may roam the various areas without parental supervision.

What if I didn’t receive my tickets?
If you do not receive your tickets instantly please call our office, so we may resend your tickets to you.

Can tickets be purchased at the door?
Unfortunately, we don’t sell tickets at the door. This event is a popular event & we usually sell out 2 weeks before the event 

Why isn’t my city on your performance schedule?
We try our best to cruise in as many cities as possible over the course of any given year, and we vary our tour routes from time to time.  For the most up-to-date schedule information, visit us here. Please note that this site displays confirmed cruise dates only—new cities are being added to our show schedules on a regular basis.
